**The Fine Print. . .**

This is a copy of the Waiver you will sign prior to flight. It is the usual 'fine print'. Remember that ballooning usually is a peaceful and serene sport. However, like any weather related, outdoor activity, it may be a physically demanding. We occasional land in farmers fields requiring a walk to the chase vehicle. The person needs to be able to hike some distance through fields, climb a fence and occasionally help pack up the equipment (this is FUN, really!).

RELEASE

I hereby acknowledge that HOT AIR BALLOON RIDING (BALLOON RIDE) is a potentially dangerous activity and that during the course of said BALLOON RIDE personal injuries may be sustained. These injuries may include lacerations, strains, broken bones or death. I further certify that I am not under the influence of any drug or alcohol. I hereby agree to accept such risk and responsibility and release AIR AMERICA PROMOTIONS, INC, its pilots, crews and employees, its successors and assigns from any personal injury claims which may arise as a result of my participation in said BALLOON RIDE.
